CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT This Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into and effective as of the date accepted by the undersigned individual via electronic checkbox assent (“Effective Date”), by and between Creative Content Group, LLC (“Producer”) and the individual agreeing to this Agreement (“Individual”). Producer may share certain non-public, proprietary, or confidential information with Individual in connection with casting, development, interviews, or potential participation in one or more television or digital programs (the “Program”). Individual agrees as follows: Confidential Information “Confidential Information” means any non-public information disclosed by Producer to Individual, whether orally, visually, electronically, or in writing, including but not limited to information regarding the Program, its format, casting, participants, production details, timelines, business affairs, or any other information Producer indicates is confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential. Non-Disclosure Individual agrees to keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential and not to disclose, publish, share, confirm, deny, or otherwise communicate any Confidential Information to any third party without Producer’s prior written consent. Limited Use Individual may use Confidential Information solely for purposes related to Individual’s consideration for or involvement in the Program and for no other purpose. Media and Public Statements Individual agrees not to make any public statements, social media posts, or media communications relating to the Program or any Confidential Information without Producer’s prior written approval. If contacted by the media or a third party seeking such information, Individual agrees to respond with “no comment.” Ownership All Confidential Information remains the sole and exclusive property of Producer. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Electronic Acceptance Individual acknowledges and agrees that acceptance of this Agreement via electronic checkbox constitutes a valid and binding agreement.
